$50.00. All order under $50.00 will automatically be charged a $5.00 service fee
Most items and orders are shipped the same day, unless otherwise advised. We will ship your order prepaid and added to the invoice. Orders are usually shipped UPS (Red, Blue, Orange or Ground). Fedex, truck or other common carrier services are available upon request. Insurance and C.O.D. charges will be at the customer’s expense.
All prices are FOB FCL (Arcadia, CA). Please contact us for quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms are C.O.D., approved company checks, cashier’s checks and money orders are accepted for will call or delivery via UPS, Fedex or preferred carrier. Drop shipments must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless other arrangements have been made.
Stock Product Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with our stock products for any reason, simply call within 30 days from invoice date to arrange an exchange or return. Restocking fee may apply.
Custom Product Terms:
Custom orders may only be returned for replacement if the goods are defective in materials and workmanship.
Please call to arrange return by advising company name, invoice number, invoice date, item part number, quantity and receive a RMA(return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number must be displayed on the shipping label of all boxes of returned items. Returns should be in mint condition. Any return after 30days from invoice date is subject to 15% handling or restocking charge. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
Special design products as well as custom configured cable assemblies and products are NCNR( non-cancellable and non-returnable)
Damage or loss, if occurred during transit, should be reported to carrier at once. All claims for product shortage or damage must be made within 7 days on receipt of shipment by phone, email or fax.
All products have one year warranty or otherwise specified. It warrants that the goods furnished will be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products which prove to be defective upon our inspection. Please call to arrange a return of defective items and receive a RMA number. Any misuse or alteration voids all warranties.
