Warranty and Return Policy
What does the warranty cover?
FCL warrants that the goods will be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and regular service, during the warranty period (defined below). This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products, which prove to be defective upon our inspection. FCL shall not be liable for any misuse, loss of revenue or profit, injury, or any other consequential or incidental damages.
How long is the warranty period?
All products have a 1-year limited warranty or otherwise specified. It is defined from the invoice date.
How do make a warranty claim?
Please email your sales representative or call us at 1-626-775-3000 to file a claim during our business hours (MON-FRI 8:30-17:30). FCL will provide a return number after determining whether or not the product should be returned for further analysis of the claim. No product can be returned without a return number. Based on the inspection, FCL will either 1) replace the product, 2) repair or authorize repair of the product, or 3) replace the purchase price of the product. Purchasers must follow the instructions provided. Any misuse or alterations void all warranties.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless FCL is the cause for the return. Freight charges will be responsible by customers. Ensure all returned packages are in original packages; FCL is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged. All shipments will be shipped standard service. Special or expedited shipping service is available upon request and will be at the purchaser’s expense.
